Great design. I do have two questions. As I understand 480V 3-phase any phase to neutral is 277VAC with peaks up to 333VAC. I noted the X-caps are only rated to 275VAC. I know they can handle 1.5x rating for many hours but this will reduce life. Have you considered putting them in series? Also on the mains caps you do this same thing with charge divider resistors. What specific calculations do you use to come up with the 1M-Ohm value. I have never seen a good explination of coming up with this value. Thanks!
